Need someone to help get me paid sponsorships (IG)

Looking for someone to help me get sponsorships on my Instagram page. Just hit over 5k followers (all organic) and will keep growing. I have a specialized team working on my page (they have been featured in Forbes, Inc. ,etc.). They specialize in organic Instagram growth. My page has steadily grow and will continue to do so.

All my followers are organic and targeted. I also have good engagement, due to my teams work as well. I post daily and am in the Fitness, Beauty and Lifestyle niche. I am looking for paid sponsorships, I am set on that. The average $ to charge is $100 per 1,000 followers. I am going to charge between $300-$500 per sponsorship until I hit 10k followers and then it will go up.

I can provide a media kit template for you. In regards to pay, I will pay commission from the sponsorships that are attained for me. We can do 10% per sponsorship (if it is a great deal 15%).

This is a long term partnership, and starting in April, we can set a monthly salary on top of commission. But I need to make sure that the partnership works first and we get a steady rhythm.
