Looking for an experience Electrical Circuit Designer to improve an existing HIGH POWER LED DRIVER.

We are looking for an experience Electrical Engineer for modifying our design to add new functionality. The actual design is a Switching Power Supply Boost, 208-230VAC 50-60hz to Current control output.
THIS JOB AS A RUSH PART. Your English needs to be good so that we can talk about the project comfortably.
The design was started by a Toogit candidate but he failed to complete the work, so the new candidate need to demonstrate convincing capacity to success. We need to start manufacturing these board on the 20th January. The previous candidate made most of the design and most of it works. There is only the PWM control that does not work. We are using the HV9911, HV9922 microchip. We had a Senior Specialized Engineer go through the design and provide a report of potential modification and improvement to perform.
The First URGENT (2 weeks) task is to debug the PWM control of the design so that we can have a preliminary working version of the board that will be installed in our prototype.
The SECOND step (2 month) is to make some thermal and electrical analysis to propose long term improvement.
The capacity to prototype very fast will be very important. We are basically searching for someone that as a lot of experience dealing with switching power supply and similar LED Driver.

- Pick And Place Assembly File
- Assembly Note (Special indication for assembly)
- Working Prototype
Any prototype cost can be added to the Toogit platform.
