Enable translation for Android APK

We need to enable the translation for our Android APK. Its a react native code.

- Create the json files with the variables so we can translate to two new languages, and send the json file to us so we can translate;
- Configure the application to use the json files with the translated variables that will be provided by us;
- In the top of the application provide an option to choose the language;
- Commit your new code to Bitbucket;
- Build the new APK with the right certificate;

We need everything in 2 days.
