CHART/GRAPH MAKER

Hi! Im hoping to find someone who is handy with generating charts/graphs online. It would be great if its one where I can change the variables myself later on.

I enclosed an example I was working on with with Visme but this one doesnt really work for me. Its just a simple graph over a 5 year span starting from 2020 (horizontal column). There should be 4 lines each one representing the amount of employees added per X month. first line should start with one emloyee and than adding an extra employee every 12 months then;
- the 2nd line will add an employee every 9 months
- the 3rd line will add an employee every 6 months
- the 4th line will add an employee every 3 months

Each employee has a productivity of 0.5 cities per month.
A total of 53 cities need to be worked on (vertical column).

It would be great if you can show some additional info in the chart for example:
every city represents 500 hours/20 crossings. Every hour represents 5 euros.

Please let me know if you need more specifics for the job.
