Complete a data analysis/data visualisation questionnaire

I run an accounting practice and we currently use a couple of data visualisation tools already and serve some clients in this space. I am co-hosting an education session for some local accountants about Data Visualisation and Data Analytics and would like some industry insight to help me deliver a resourceful training session to the attendees.

These attendees are wanting to understand the Data Analytics / Data Visualisation world better and a list of questions have been prepared which I would like to collect responses from other professionals in the industry. The attendees are servicing customers from micro - medium sized businesses, so please tailor your responses accordingly.

I expect responses to be comprehensive with multiple examples/responses given where possible

9. What technology tools do you recommend for the micro business through to medium size enterprise?

10. How do you access and collate hard to access data?

11. What non-financial data can be used to help stakeholders achieve their goals?

12. How do you best meet the varying demands of stakeholders when they all have different needs?

13. If Data Analytics and Data Visualisation could be fully automated what human skills would optimise the outcome?

14. How are your SME customers using the Data Analytics & Data Visualisation outcomes to influence decision making within their business?

15. How do you access data that is difficult to access?

16. Are there perils to being too data driven?

17. What and how much can the stakeholders self serve themselves in terms of accessing the visuals?

18. Whats one practical tip you have for an accounting practice who is keen to embrace Data Analytics / Data Visualisation but has never offered it as a service offering before to their clients?
