I need to Two Product Page Template in Magento2

We need to redesign our product page and few new options in our Magento 2 Store.
Kindly apply if you are an expert in Magneto 2 Theme and backend as well.

1st product template:
Product 1, and it has sub items with cost.
Product 2 it has same sub item with different cost.
Product 3: It has some sub item with different cost.

2nd product template:
Product has addition item in the drop down I have design for it as well
