We need a cloud solution in google cloud that contains virtual machines and other services

We need to setup a cloud solution in google cloud that has a few virtual machines with the specifications will share with you.

Also, additional, we need:

1.VPN with 2Mb so we can load data to those servers. Also to access remote desktops from the inside and outside network.
2.Migration of current servers, they are currently in vmware.
3.Simetric bandwith. Remember all users access the servers from Internet.
4.We need a backup of all the job done to be delivered once it is finished.
5.We only need the 5 virtual machines mentioned above, with hosting
6. DNS Administration.
