Design a bike basket for dogs

I am looking for an expert to design a luxury bike basket for dogs with details to be sent to suppliers for mass production.

The most important aspect of the design is how the basket clamps (Locking mechanism) to the bike and how easy it is to install/uninstall. The basket needs to hook nicely to front of the bike and not be wobbly.

Additionally, I want a harness/vest for the dog to prevent the dogs from jumping out which will be hooked inside the basket.
