I am looking for a web developer (ASP.net) with experience in developing map routing solutions to develop a web application that can be used to manage the company trips. The trip (from - to) can be created by the driver and need to be approved by a trip manager.

They system should give at least following features:
- Manage master data: Users (Driver, Journey Manager), Vehicles, From Location, To Locations
- Trip management (creating the trip until the trip ends). The system should be capable later on to fetch the vehicle location from an existing vehicle tracking system api
- Dashboard to show at least: Created trips, Approved trips, finished trip
