Need to find SNMP proxy forwarder and firewall

I want to access SNMP v2 devices residing on a private network. From the Internet, the devices need to be accessed using an encrypted SNMP v3. The devices do not support v3, so I need the firewall to act as a proxy. Rack mount is preferred. Several options would be good.
