Custom 3D Font Model Programming

Given a string of text, we need the ability to convert the text into 3d model, with a custom design 3D font look and style(please see attach example for something similar).

I will share a file that is not a simple 2D font to 3D font conversion. The way the characters connects are 3 dimensional. Will need your input on how to modify the design of the font to make the program easier to code while maintain its style.

please provide reasonable quote. we are not sure how much effort this takes.
