URGENT - Need Web Developer

We started a project with a web developer who fell through. We are trying to launch our website on next month and are looking for someone who can take what we have and deliver a working product by that deadline.

We are making a web product that will allow people to create individual whiteboards and for others to make posts on those whiteboards.

This is what we have so far:
Laravel project setup and configured with authentication endpoints, database and models set up, whiteboard implemented in React, all user auth screens implemented in React and front end theming set up.
