We are looking for experts who will acquire (purchase or for research purpose) medical records/cases data in healthcare. This data might be acquired from healthcare establishments like hospitals, clinics, data broker, etc.

Needed data: hundreds to thousands of medical cases that contain symptoms and the resulting diagnosis (as text data or even better structured). We obviously will not be needing any private information like patient name or address and these details can be omitted out from the data set.
