We are writing a Python Django+PostgreSQL application that needs to index and retrieve news articles very quickly. This will likely use the Google News API on a cron job. We want to index articles of a particular topic at a particular time, and run data processing on them.

We are deployed on the Google Cloud, and we can use any of the google services if it makes it cheaper or faster.
