A Wix Developer needed for small jobs on a site I've made

We need a Age Verification pop up to only appear for new users on the home page. The pop up has been made and already pops up each time you visit the home page but ideally we only want it to appear once providing the user does not clear their cookies.

On the product pages we need the header to be transparent, but keep the white header for all other pages. (Wix does not have the function for unique headers per page in its options)

We have a desktop video that loops which is fine....we also made a mobile version of this video but cant get it to play or switch to this mobile version of the video as there is no option for this we also want the sound to automatically play.

Im looking for someone who knows how to customise the code for Wix, I personally know how to with wordpress but find it difficult to apply my knowledge in Wix.

Nothing unique about the project apart from this is a small start up company, were looking for prices on this being completed. If the price is to high we may choose to remove some of the changes.
