Add voting feature to existing golang code base for robot control

We have a site where you can control robots (which use Raspberry Pi computers) from the internet: <removed by Toogit admin>

We need a developer to work on back end on the controls so that it can better support voting. We use socket.io and net package in golang.

The system needs to count number of people pressing up and down or left and right. You'll need to write tests also, which mimic multiple users sending a command via socket.io. The system should compare what users are doing and come up with a result. I actually have some example code of logic so this is a pretty small modification. Need someone familiar with golang and networking (socket.io, tcp in go, etc.).
