AngularJS Developer Needed for Webpage Design

We need to get a web page of our system re-worked on immediate basis. The current page has only 40% screen utilization. We need to scale up the page as per the screen size. The code should be reusable and there should be no hard-coding. All data will be pulled from the database.

Technologies used are AngularJS, CSS, HTML, SQL, and NodeJS

The page is a dynamic page that is connected to SQL. Depending upon the field value in the SQL table, the color of the circle changes.
