ARCHITECT FOR SHIPPING CONTAINER HOME

Looking for a ARchitect who

1) I have a 2 bedroom of 1100 sq feet plus a attached Trellis equalling about 1525. sq feet.
This is already aproved and I currently almost have this small 2 bedroom completed.

So I am looking someone who will take this SAME plan and set it over on my other half of the land and get me a Approval for it with my Local Planning Dept

This will then equate to 2 building plus one Trellis
This will then look like a DUPLEX once completed

Do you know how to do this?
What will you need from me to re submit these plans to my local Planning Dept on this same site ?
