Architect Needed for Creating Estimates from Blue Prints.

Hey! My own a small service business in Washington state. We are breaking into the commercial construction industry which means I need someone thats really good at reading plans. I need someone that can count up the number of exterior and interior panes of glass.

I have looked at commercial construction blueprints a little bit but I dont have the time to learn how to read them super well right now. The person we hire will have a test project to complete to show us his/her competency with reading plans.

There are a number of factors that go into bidding commercial construction so the hired person has to be VERY clear, concise and to-the-point with their communication. exterior elevations, heights the glass is at, how difficult it is to get to etc all play a massive role in how we bid the work, so if the architect neglects to tell us important information of the smallest details, it can put us out of business. We need someone that will be very careful and is really detail oriented.
