I am looking for a creative, design and sustainability-led architect for an exciting residential building project on a very unusual site. The challenge is to design a small, sustainable and affordable house on a infill site within a conservation area in Manchester. A proven track record of successful planning applications is an absolute necessity - passion and creativity a must!
