Boutique Web Design Company seeks entrepenurial-minded customer support & sales person

Having made many phone calls for IT support to companies like HostGator, I would like our customers to have the best of that kind of experience. Were looking for someone who knows how to create solutions for our entrepreneurial customers. We want them to feel cared for with someone who is reliable and knowledgeable. We want clients to feel confident enough to bank on this person to suggest solutions like: user interface updates, search engine optimization, adwords campaigns, and social media advertising on an as-needed basis. This person would effectively be a customer support person, project manager, and even sales person.
Weve been in business since 2007 and work with a strong remote team. This person would start as part time and could grow with us either quickly or slowly depending upon their level of initiative.
