Building Renderings Needed - Create two building sketches for a workspace (1 exterior & 1 interior)

I am looking for someone to create 2 sketches (or renderings) of a new building project.
The building is a coworking space, and should look similar to the existing space we run.

We need one exterior and one interior rendering created.

The building roof isnt as tall as our existing building, but he interior ceiling is 15 feet tall, so it should be spacious, open and airy.

I have included a PDF with images of the building for the exterior rendering and example photos for the interior rendering.

Id like to find someone that can create a hand sketched image, but open to other options.

Please let me know if you will be 1) sketching by hand, 2) using software to create the rendering or 3) using a combination of both methods.

Also please included a link, or links, to your portfolio or other work you have done.
