c# detect web address in image and return x,y, width height coordinates

I am looking for someone to write a class or something similar in c#. I am just looking for codes. i need to extract just the web address bar information from screen shots. The screen shots would be taken with the user using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome. The function/class can return the coordinates of the address bar (x, y, width, height), save it to an image, return bitmap, etc

Note: I have tried to simply ocr the image but I realized that the ocr software works 90% better if the web address information is cropped out.

I will give you some screenshots to show examples of what I am looking for after conversation done.

You need to implement it into an existing C# program using .net standard 4.6.1
