I need a fluent Japanese speaker to arrange a meeting for me with a Japanese company based in Yokohama. This company only speaks Japanese.

Deliverable:
I need help from someone to call and speak with this company in Japanese to arrange a meeting with them and myself. Once each meeting is confirmed and arranged, I need you to send me a confirmation email with all the specific details of the meeting (including the emails of the other attendees).

Requirements:
- someone who can speak Japanese
- someone based in Tokyo/Yokohama area
- someone who is detailed and precise with arranging meetings including time, location, attendees.
