Car negotiation

To whom this may concern:

Task: I need to find the best car deals possible for a lease. That said, I would like someone to negotiate the best possible deal attempting to obtain the following terms:
1. Year: 2019 or 2020 (Demos are also welcomed)
2. Lease Term: 3 year lease (but open to more if it would reduce price)
3. Mileage: 12k miles a year
4. Down Payment: $0 down
5. Features: Remote start
6. Color: Preferably red or black
7. Monthly Payment: $200/month lease payment (including all fees and taxes)
8. Model/Make: One of the following in order of preference:
a. Kia Sportage
b. VW Tiguan
c. Honda Pilot
d. Honda Accord
e. Mazda CX-5
f. Kia Optima

If the dealership is not willing to offer that deal, negotiate to find out what the best deal is that they are willing to offer. Tell them to assume a credit score of 800.
I live in Cleveland, Ohio so that may be your starting point in locating dealerships. Note, the terms I am looking for are very difficult and may require you to look in other jurisdictions. If that is the case, it would be important to know if that dealership will ship the vehicle to me. Please prepare an excel spreadsheet organizing all the dealerships that were contacted and what they offered for the above variables which should look like the following:
1. Dealership
2. City
3. State
4. Make
5. Model
6. Year
7. Term (Months)
8. Disposition fee
9. Monthly Lease Payment
10. Customer Service Rep (name of person you dealt it)
11. Comments (personal notes for things like how the nice or rude the rep was)
12. Wear and Tear Allowance (if offered, what is the amount and does it cover tires)
Can you do this? If not, please advise. Prior to starting, please reply and confirm what you will plan to do to complete this task. I want someone who speaks excellent English. If they do not, I will want them replaced immediately.

Deadline: I am in a bit of a rush for this. After 3 hours, stop work on this and tell me what results you have. The deadline for these 3 hours is end of business day Wednesday.
