Caspio or Zoho basic data base developer.

We are a Human Resources company that specializes in the recruitment and visa process of workers around the world. We maintain online spreadsheets listing important information of all our applicants in order to share them with our offices around the world.
We use google sheets as a reporting & tracking tool. To start our main objective with switching to Caspio is to share only certain columns with some users and restrict certain information to others, and use other functionalities. If Caspio works for us we would like to fully transition our current data base to it.
An example of a spreadsheet we used will be attached. Red Columns are for all users to view and the blue/green should be restricted and allowed only for some users.
To start we want somebody to help us work develop that same spreadsheet in Caspio.
