Hello!

MyWiFi TV is in need of a Chat Support Agent who is proficient in multiple technologies. Our customers will need to install and uninstall applications on the following devices:

Android OS
Mac OS
Windows 10
MAG 254 (Linux based TV box)
Android TV (Sony TV, Nvidia Shield)

Our customers visit our chat box all day needed assistance on anything from installation to purchasing more products, and the volume requires that we staff 2, 8 hour shifts with 1 support agent per shift.
