Chemical engineer needed for research, formulation and sampling of a compound

Hi, Im looking for somebody with knowledge of the structure of the gel that solidifies and sticks to the toilet and then disintegrates over various flushes, what i need is an atoxic version of that same gel with improved disintegration rate and a certain degree of resistance to hot water, it must be able to retain any given fragrance and release it in the water the same way bath salts do, i require samples for testing and lab work, documentation and cost analysis.
