I need someone that can create a login platform for me that connects with my website and where patients can create an account and book appointments for our clinic with our doctors and also see their health records.

Thus, I need someone that can link our booking systems which are Hotdoc to the patient login page.

Essentially I want a patient portal and a patient management system where we can directly contact our patients, they can see their health records and scripts and book appointments.
