We have a java script program that runs in Windows, and it needs to be converted to an Android app for a 4k digital display project. The app is time-based moving map that is a replica of a high end mechanical clock, www.geochron.com.

The app will be used in a Digital Display unit, and demo'd at the Consumer Electronics Show.
