Convert a Microstation ContextCapture (3mx) file into a printable format

Weve created a Microstation ContextCapture 3D file (*.3mx), but this file format does not work with the various online 3d printing sites. Were looking for advice on the BEST 3d format to use to print out a small scale version (6 square) with full color. Ideally, you convert the file and recommend one or more online sites youve used before to do the actual 3d printing, including the TYPE of material to use.
