Creation of Crypto currency exchange platform

About the project:
We currently require creation of a platform for crypto/fiat exchange to allow users to sell and buy Crypto currencies for fiat money and vice-versa similar to localbitcoins, also adding some new features according to our requirements and set it up fully to go live.

Candidate Requirements:
Our ideal candidate should have worked with cryptocurrencies previously, experienced with blockchain & live BTC node, you have to be ready to get challenged by working on creating or upgrading features and listening carefully to details.
We are not looking for an average developer, but for the best one and we focus A LOT on building high quality systems.
Expect to work with huge databases, live systems, so think scalability, efficiency, and speed.
