- have already a stable bot that we could market for them
- have knowledge to quality test & adjust strategies of existing EA
- want to build their own algorithms to have their own stabile EA
- see the world as interlinked and have a vision on what a high end client might want & need

in either case, this person needs to have a very strong interest & background in trading, EA trading strategies, math, statistics & physics,
