Delphi Azure Log Data Collector API Unit

We need a Embarcadero Delphi (Seattle) Unit to write log events to Azure Log Analytics using the Data collector API.

The API is documented here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/platform/data-collector-api

The new class should be able to posts events to Azure.

Usage like:
TAzureDataCollector.CustomerID := xzy;
TAzureDataCollector.SharedKey:= xzy;

TAzureDataCollector.SendData(Data: string);

It should send the data asyncron maybe using the Delphi TRestClient.

It must be fully testet using your own Azure Account It may be released under GPL on Github!
