Terraform code for
Deploying a Flask app into Cloud Run via Cloud Build and Cloud Registry. The cloud run should have a static IP associated with it so that the flask app can be accessed via public net.
A git commit should initiate the Cloud Build which then stores the image into Cloud Registry and the latest tag should then be pushed into Cloud Run.
