Developer needed for excel based reporting tool for sales, marketing, payroll

Excel based tool which provides graphical representation of
- sales data e.g order booked, quotes submitted, won / lost jobs, etc
- marketing data, customers visits, prospects in hand, calls, emails , meetings data
- payroll slip for each employee

we are looking for cost -effective free lancer who can develop the above tools in excel and train our staff for future modifications.

we need separate files for data entry & cells are locked for modification, one common file password protected where data is visualized.
