Developer needed for native IOS and Android mobile app

BACKGROUND

I require someone to build a native IOS and Android mobile app for Wine Radar.

Wine Radar currently produces a monthly wine buyers guide for Australia.

The monthly buyers guide, known as the Wine Radar Report, is distributed by email to a list of subscribers.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently Wine Radar is only distributed by email, but I would like to create a mobile app.

I have been using Appsheet to develop a prototype of Wine Radar app.
All the content for the Appsheet prototype is sourced from an Excel spreadsheet stored in Dropbox. I scan the online wine retailer web sites and update the Excel spreadsheet each month. A copy of the spreadsheet is attached.

I am seeking a developer to create a native mobile app for both iOS and Android.

In addition to the functionality demonstrated in the Appsheet prototype, I would like a free version and a paid version of the mobile app.

Free version
- All functionality of the Appsheet prototype, except the Retailers button and screens.
- The Retailers button displays an example of the Retailers screens, and an invitation to upgrade to the paid version.
- Periodic Nag screen to upgrade to the paid version

Paid version
- All features enabled
- $3 monthly subscription fee

For content management and updates, I would like a similar process to Appsheet by sourcing content from the Excel spreadsheet in a cloud-based storage. If not, propose an alternative.

I will continue to scan the websites and create the Excel spreadsheet separately.
