DevOps needed

Recently our team has launched a project (WordPress + WooCommerce).
Initial configuration was provided by our Tech Lead (Tech Executive).

We need a proactive, proficient person with the DigitalOcean infrastructure experience who can hand on next deliverables:
- check the configuration
- optimize, enhance
- configure all other necessary software
- set up the monitoring systems, backup, auto-deploy, etc.

It will need to be provided also the monitoring and supporting for those servers on a monthly basis.

Required Skills:
- High expertise in Linux administration, setting up firewalls, backups, archival, etc.
- Proficiency in Linux and cloud system automation
- Competence in security strategies for applications exposed on the Internet
- Familiarity with typical IT continuous integration, metrics and versioning systems
- Attention to details.

Preferences will be given to:
- Candidates with DigitalOcean and WordPress / WooCommerce experience
- DigitalOcean Fans
- Russian/Ukrainian-native speakers
- Eastern Europe freelancers
