Instructions:
- Formatting/layout of the target and source content should match unless otherwise specified (including page breaks).
- Do not use footers and headers spaces for translation.
- Translate University, School, Hospital names etc. into English wherever possible.
Conventions to be used:
- [Signature], [Stamp: xxxx], [Emblem]. We dont keep the graphics/logos in the translation.
- Only handwritten portions of the document should be left italicized.
