E-mail marketing design with attractive content

We are looking for a designer who has experience in creating e-mail marketing strategy for our company. The e-mails that are created must be
1. Spam free. They should not reach junk mails.
2. We will provide the services content, but it should be re-written to make it more attractive
3. The email should have 2 different content with same or different design to target 2 different industries
4. The candidate should be willing to work on the design until satisfactory results can be obtained.

Who can apply?
1. The candidate should have knowledge on email marketing
2. The candidate should have previously designed such campaigns
3. The candidate should have excellent command over English language and basic knowledge on marketing message design
4. The candidate should have good design knowledge and creativity.
