eCommerce / Amazon FBA Inventory Management Excel or Google Sheet tool creation

Looking for someone who has build a tool, in Excel or Google Sheets or Google Apps or VBA, with some level of sophistication for inventory management and tracking (in regards to Amazon FBA)

Here are some example details:

1. You have three 3PL warehouse locations with different qty of ASIN1
2. You have goods in transit to different FBA marketplaces and different qty of ASIN1 (not yet in FBA)
3. You have goods in productions of ASIN1 (not yet in transit)
4. You have 3 FBA marketplaces that low on stock of ASIN1 and require different qty of the ASIN1 to be shipped
5. You do not want more than 12 weeks of cover of the ASIN1 in any of the FBA marketplaces
6. You have a minimum order qty of ASIN1 with the manufacturer.

How do you consolidate everything and decide on when and how many of ASIN1 to order and where to ship it?
