Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to help manage online orders

I am looking for a virtual assistant to complete various tasks for my online stores. I have one business, with 4 sales channels. We take orders for custom designed products, then engrave and print the designs and ship out the products. I am getting swamped and cannot keep up by myself.
Repeating tasks include:

-checking online stores for new orders and messages
-creating cards and managing a Trello board
-eventually answering customer messages
-come up with processes that save time and increase efficiency

Other tasks to be assigned may include creating new listings, updating photography, and any other admin type jobs. At the moment, I could see this only being a couple hours per week, but we are growing every year and have some fun stuff coming down the pipes like custom design software. You will be helping to deliver a great personal, sentimental, and beautiful product. I hope to grow this position to full time but please be aware that it will start slow.

You must be familiar with most or all of the following software:
-Dropbox
-Trello
-Shopify
-Etsy
-Shipstation
-Not a requirement but nice to have: Adobe Illustrator
