English to French translator required for an Islamic online product

This is one of the biggest Islamic website which needs a strong translator who can understand the French language and culture and translate our english keywords/statements/paragraphs to French. We dont need a guy who can translate from tools like Google translator. We need someone who can actually understand what does a keyword means in French. Please reply to by adding IF in the start.

This will be a long term commitment.
