English to Spanish Translator for Romance Novellas.

I am looking for a skilled English to Spanish translator for Paranormal Romance books. The translator would need to have a good understanding of conversational English, as well as conversational Spanish. I would prefer a native Spanish speaker.

Because the book is romantic fiction, I am looking for someone who can translate not just the words but the spirit of the book so that the overall story does not suffer through verbatim translation.

I pay approximately 1.5 cents per word. Please reply with your time frame for translating a 30K word romance novella, and qualifications/experience.

The books contain some adult language and situations.
