Excel MACRO - Help me automate data from one spreadsheet to another!

I am looking for an Excel VBA expert to perform multiple pieces of excel automation.

Our use case is as follows - We deliver fruit boxes to offices every week. We need to print name labels for each box based on whether we deliver a customer for a particular week.

So in the excel file :

In the source_data sheet the user will fill the following information,
1. The number value in a particular cell (no. of boxes) AND
2. Whether we deliver in a particular week or not (Delivery this week = Y)

We want the user to click a macro button which says populate lables (should exist in sheet which should then automatically populate
Sheet by

3. taking information from point 1 and 2 from above and
4. Deleting any previous data except the header row
5. If Delivery this week is set to Y then
6. Create new rows based on the no. of boxes and
6. Populate the rows taking information from Sheet
7. The information should be from the fields:
Client Label
Contact Person
Address
Postcode
