Explainer video animator/creator needed

We need help in creating two 1min 40sec explainer videos of our companys services. We already have a voiceover recording of what needs to be animated, we just need the actual animation and background music/sfx (as needed).

The team is very unique in that were all based in different parts of the world, so we need someone who is flexible in time and is easily motivated to work and follow deadlines without being micromanaged.

Take a look at Crash Course or Life Noggin on Youtube - these are great explainer videos. Output doesnt have to be like those videos, but its a great point of reference to know what were looking for.
