Fast, Organized Team Manager Needed (Video-Heavy E-Comm Brand -- Full-Time Position)

I need a talented project manager to manage my operations while I continue to grow the business.

- Experience managing Video or eCommerce projects in the past
- Managing long-term projects in the past
- Worked with teams of 10 or more people
- Organized clean reports/presentations
- PERFECT English
- Available to work full-time

If youre selected for this position, your ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

- Hiring and training new employees
- Paying salaries bi-monthly
- Building out SOPs and systems
- Planning and executing projects
- Managing teams and answering questions
- Tracking key numbers and preparing reports
- Providing solutions for problems faced in different departments
- Managing communication with business partners

The hiring process will include the following steps:

1. Proposal
2. Get To Know You Form + 2 Psychometric Tests
3. Personal Interview
4. Probation - 2 weeks
5. HIRED!
