Financial writer for article comparing a Registered Investment Advisor & Registered Representative

Looking for a financial writer who is familiar with financial industry rules and regulations.
More specifically, Im looking for someone who understands financial compliance, rules, registration and regulations as it pertains to Registered Reps RRs and Registered Investment Advisor RIAs. And lastly someone who thoroughly understands what a Fiduciary is and what that means to individual investor. Ive put together an outline and wrote a very rough draft - but many gaps are needed to be filled in.

This would be a blog post and perhaps submitted to various newspapers for print
