Google Cloud Infrastructure setup

Need to setup a Google cloud account which meets following specifications:

1.) 2 Virtual Desktop - 1 Windows 10 and 1 Ubuntu (Need to be switched off when not in use)
2.) 1 Linux Sever with PostgresSQL Iinstalled (Need to be switched off when not in use)
3.) 1 Shared storage, which be shared between the Virtual Desktops and Linux Machine
