Growing Online Company Looking for Customer Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager.

Position is long term with consistent work, starting part-time and moving into full-time.

Applicant will be highly proficient in conversational English reading and writing.

We are looking for someone to learn the ins and outs of our customer service system and learn all aspects of communicating and dealing with customer inquiries. As the company grows, this person will be in charge of managing a team of customer service reps.

Experience:
- Customer Service Experience
- Managing orders on Dropified/ Aliexpress
- Communicating with Suppliers
- Managing small teams / projects
- Phone Support Experience is a bonus
- Social Media Moderation is a bonus
